Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thin
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- Cooked rice
Instructions

Marinate beef in soy sauce and cornstarch

Heat wok or large skillet over high heat

Stir-fry beef until browned, remove from pan

Cook broccoli until tender-crisp, about 3 minutes

Add garlic, ginger, cook 30 seconds

Return beef, add oyster sauce and sesame oil, serve over rice
