- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Celery sticks
- Blue cheese dressing
