Ingredients
- 6 oz dark chocolate
- 6 tbsp butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- Pinch of salt
- Butter for ramekins
- Cocoa powder
- Vanilla ice cream
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F, butter 4 ramekins and dust with cocoa

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler

Whisk whole eggs, yolks, and sugar until thick

Fold in chocolate mixture, then flour and salt

Divide among ramekins, bake 12-14 minutes

Centers should be soft, invert onto plates, serve with ice cream
