Grilled Portobello Burgers

Ingredients

  • 4 large portobello caps
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried herbs
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Red onion
  • Avocado
  • Chipotle mayo

Instructions

Remove stems and gills from mushroom caps

Marinate in balsamic vinegar, oil, garlic, herbs for 30 minutes

Grill caps 4-5 minutes per side until tender

Add cheese to caps in last minute of cooking

Toast buns on grill briefly

Assemble burgers with desired toppings and chipotle mayo
