Ingredients
- 2 pie crusts
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp sage
- Salt and pepper
- 1 egg, beaten for wash

Preheat oven to 425°F, line pie dish with bottom crust

Melt butter in saucepan, whisk in flour, cook 2 minutes

Gradually add broth and cream, cook until thickened

Stir in chicken, vegetables, herbs, season well

Pour filling into crust, cover with top crust, seal edges
