15-Minute Honey Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat

Add shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes per side

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant

Mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes

Pour sauce over shrimp and simmer 2-3 minutes

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, serve over rice
