Ingredients
- 2 lbs thinly sliced ribeye
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Asian pear, grated
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 4 green onions
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- Kimchi for serving
- Steamed rice
Instructions

Freeze beef 30 minutes, then slice paper-thin against grain

Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, pear, garlic, ginger

Marinate beef in sauce for 2-24 hours

Grill beef over high heat, 1-2 minutes per side
