Ingredients
- 12 lasagna sheets
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups milk
- Nutmeg, salt, pepper

Cook lasagna sheets according to package directions

Make Bolognese: sauté vegetables, add meat, brown well

Add wine, tomatoes, and milk. Simmer for 2 hours

Make bechamel: melt butter, add flour, gradually add milk

Season bechamel with nutmeg, salt, and pepper

Layer: meat sauce, pasta, ricotta, mozzarella, bechamel
