  • Shawarma spice mix
  • Pita bread
  • Tahini
  • Garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Pickles

Instructions

Marinate lamb in spices overnight

Layer on rotisserie or roast in oven
