Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 1 can black beans
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup beef broth
- Toppings: sour cream, cheese, green onions, jalapeños
Instructions

Brown ground beef in large Dutch oven, drain fat

Add onion, garlic, bell peppers, cook until soft

Stir in tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika

Add crushed tomatoes, beans, and beef broth

Simmer covered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
