Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas, drained
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp fresh mint
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Rinse and drain chickpeas thoroughly

Combine chickpeas with vegetables in large bowl
