  • Coarse salt
  • Sugar
  • Fresh dill
  • White pepper
  • Aquavit
  • Mustard sauce
  • Dark bread

Instructions

Mix salt, sugar, and spices

Coat salmon and wrap with dill

Weight down and cure 2-3 days

Turn once during curing
