Sheet Pan Salmon and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried herbs
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon wedges
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F, line baking sheet with parchment

Arrange vegetables on one side of sheet pan

Drizzle vegetables with oil, garlic, herbs, season well

Place salmon fillets on other side of pan

Brush salmon with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper

Bake 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily
