Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 4 lb pork shoulder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • Hamburger buns
  • Coleslaw for serving

Instructions

Mix brown sugar and all spices for dry rub

Rub spice mixture all over pork shoulder

Place in slow cooker with vinegar and half the BBQ sauce

Cook on low for 8 hours until meat shreds easily

Remove meat, shred with forks, discard fat

Mix shredded pork with remaining BBQ sauce, serve on buns
