  • Dover sole fillets
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Lemons
  • Parsley
  • Capers
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • White pepper

Instructions

Dip sole in milk then flour

Pan-fry in butter until golden

Remove fish and keep warm

Make brown butter with capers

Add lemon juice and parsley
