Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F

Squeeze excess water from spinach

Mix cream cheese, mayo, sour cream until smooth

Fold in spinach, artichokes, garlic, and most of the cheeses

Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese

Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top
