Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 20 large mushroom caps
  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F, remove mushroom stems and chop

Cook sausage until browned, breaking up with spoon

Add chopped mushroom stems and garlic, cook 5 minutes

Mix in breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and parsley

Stuff mushroom caps with sausage mixture

Bake 20 minutes until mushrooms are tender
