Ingredients

  • Beef brisket
  • Brown sugar
  • Smoked paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Wood chips

Instructions

Apply dry rub 12+ hours ahead

Smoke at 225°F for 12-16 hours

Wrap in butcher paper at 165°F internal temp

Continue until 203°F internal

Rest for 2 hours
