Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchini
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Cherry tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Spiralize zucchini into noodles using spiralizer

Make pesto by blending basil, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil
